The New Jersey Institute of Technology upset No. 17-ranked Michigan, 72-70, this past Saturday at the Crisler Center in Ann Arbor.

Was it a stunning victory for the underdog? Sure it was.

But was it far from improbable? Maybe not, as a meaningful win has been a long time coming for the Highlanders.

Coach Jim Engles, guard Damon Lynn and forward Daquan Holiday join Adam Biggers and John Gustin of SITM to dissect their program-defining triumph.

Engles mentions how he models a lot of what he does after John Beilein. NJIT studied plenty of film and runs a similar system, Engles added.
