SITM: Status of Lions’ Ndamukong Suh, latest on MSU’s Macgarrett Kings, highs/lows of MSU/UM hoops

Sports in the Mitten is powered by www.a2iwheelandtire.com

The highs and lows of Michigan and Michigan State basketball, FA status of Detroit Lions DT Ndamukong Suh and the woes of Michigan State WR Macgarrett Kings Jr. dominate discussion during Friday’s episode of Sports in the Mitten with Adam Biggers and John Gustin.

Gustin covers the status of Lions free-agent DT Ndamukong Suh, who may or may not leave Detroit for the Dolphins, Jets or Raiders…or another team.  He also hops into the interstate basketball conversation with Adam. Together, they analyze the good and bad of 2014-15 for the Spartans, who are tournament-bound, and the Wolverines, who are not.

Kings was arrested after kicking a PACE vehicle in East Lansing. He’s had issues in the past. Should coach Mark Dantonio get rid of the soon-to-be-senior? Or should Kings get one more chance? Dantonio is handling the matter internally, per reports.

As a junior, Kings had 29 catches for 404 yards and a touchdown. An emerging target, he was once thought to be a major returning component for 2015.
